The first year’s labour and call out cover allows a maximum of 3 callouts under the manufactures warranty. Before arranging a callout please read our Useful Tips which list common problems that can be fixed by the user. If a fault is the result of user error, poor maintenance such as not charging the batteries correctly and found to not be a manufacturer fault, call out, labour and parts fees will apply.

Should you encounter a problem with your item within 12 months of purchase, the parts are covered by the manufactures warranty only. Please contact us at [email protected] for further information.

Faulty or defective parts are covered under the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer’s warranty.

After the first 12 months, call out, labour and parts fees will apply.

If, after the first 12 months, you wish to extend your warranty. Please give us a call on 07985628871 and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
